Database missing when running Supervisor password reset utility

When running the Supervisor password reset utility, the database that needs the Supervisor password reset is not listed in the drop-down menu. The database is installed and does show as online in Blackbaud Management Console and the utility files have been unzipped to the proper path (Typically:  C:\Program Files\Blackbaud\The Raiser's Edge 7\SysDB for 32 bit or C:\Program Files (x86)\Blackbaud\The Raisers Edge 7\SysDB\ for 64 bit).

Alternative Solution

1. Prior to running the Supervisor Password Reset utility, right-click the Raiser's Edge shortcut and choose 'Run As Administrator'
2. Run the Supervisor Password Reset utility
