We are aware that we have a site setting that will migrate certain content in to personal pages from the previous TeamRaiser event for returning participants. We made the decision to change the name of our TeamRaiser mid-year and now the returning participant's personal pages are showing the incorrect event name. Is there a way to change content in their personal pages in mass?
Unfortunately there isn't a way of changing the content in mass for personal pages using Luminate's built-in functionality. This either must be done manually by an admin, or the participant. The easiest way to do this manually from the admin side would be to edit each personal page and click "Replace with Default Page" which will mimic the same setup that your TeamRaiser has for the Default Personal Page.
There is also the possibility of Blackbaud doing this for you via data cleanup project or staff augmentation. If you are interested in either of these solutions, please contact your Account Manager.
