Constituents are able to make changes to their BBIS Profiles via the BBIS website. Those changes should then be sent to CRM in a Web Transactions bath. However, users are finding that no Profile Updates are coming through in CRM Manage Web Transactions.
A primary cause for this issue is that there is an existing Profile Update batch open that has not been committed. While there is an uncommitted batch of this type, new profile update information does not download to a new batch. To obtain the latest information, ensure that you are processing all profile update and exception batches.
