When attempting to view the Recognition Credit History tab within a Recognition Program the following error could occur: "Error: An unknown error occured during this request. This could indicate an invalid end point or a problem with the web server configuration when viewing the recognition credit history tab"
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Select constituent search from the Constituents functional area 2. Search for and select afflicted constituent 3. Select Revenue and recognition 4. Select the recognition programs tab 5. Select lifetime recognition 6. Select the Recognition credit history tab 7. Year = all 8. Click apply
