Error: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. Could not create constraint - when adding or editing opportunity type

When adding or editing an opportunity type, users may receive the error:

Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. Could not create constraint. See previous errors.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to Administration > Code Tables

2. Go to the Opportunity Type table entries 

3. Click Add to add a code entry or edit an existing

4. Click OK to save, see error occur
