After updating to The Financial Edge 7.87, attendance accruals were incorrect. After updating to the latest patch, vacation accrual is still incorrect, but all other attendance plans are corrected.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Steps to Duplicate
1. In Reports, Time and Attendance Reports, Employee Summary Report, run BlackbaudTest 2. The employees vacation leave balance as of 05/22/2015 is incorrect 3. In Records, Employees, open Benjamin Alexander 4. Select the Attendance tab, View Attendance Plans and open GEN10+ (Plan is effective 09/29/2012) Note: for vacation they earn 12 hours per cycle 5. Prior to the update the employee had 276 hours (indicated on 3-20-2015 pdf) and should have earned 24 hours since to total at 300. Since March 20th, he has had only 2 vacation leaves that total 14 hours and should leave him with a balance of 286 hours as indicated on the attached spreadsheet, Correct Vacation Leave for May 22, 2015. This is one instance of many.
