International Addresses without Zip or Postal Code may decline transaction or show error when trying to make Donation

When International donors attempt to submit transactions via NetCommunity, the Billing Information fields require a Zip Code or Postal Code.
To accept international transaction from countries without a postal code or zip code, such as Bahamas, you will need to set the Country Address code and not require the Zip code field as well as change the AVS level to light or none within the Merchant Account.

  1. Log in to The Raiser's Edge
  2. Click Config > International
  3. Edit the country
  4. Select the UK Address block
  5. Log in to the NetCommunity site with supervisor rights
  6. Click Administration Sites & Settings
  7. Select the main site from the side menu options
  8. Click the Settings tab
  9. Unmark the Require postcode for UK addresses checkbox in the International section
  10. Click Save
