Why are my transactions missing after saving them yesterday

When looking at accounts, certain journal entries and updates to journal entries/accounts are missing. 
Please contact support and provide the Article ID for reference to your issue. 

Steps to Duplicate

1.    Log into eTapestry
2.    Click the arrow to the right of accounts
3.    Click Find an Account
4.    Search for the account the information was added to the day before
5.    Click Journal
6.    Notice there is no transaction from the previous day
