Prospect Chronology selections do not export correctly in Export

The Prospect Chronology combines Appeals, Events, Proposals, Actions, and Gifts in one summary to create a picture of interactions with the donor and the donor's responses to those. However, when selecting the desired records to include in a constituent export by number of records, types, and dates, incorrect results occur in the export results.

Note: The RE:Search module is required for the Prospect fields, including the Prospect Chronology, to be available in Export.

Steps to Duplicate

In a sample Raiser's Edge database:
  1. Go to Export and start a new constituent export in an Excel or CSV format.
  2. On the General tab, press Include and select One Record.
  3. Search for Robert Hernandez and select his record to include.
  4. On the Output tab, go to Prospect > Chronology.
  5. Select the Date and Occurrence fields.
  6. When prompted, specify 99 for the number of records, select <Include All Dates> and mark Actions, Gifts, Proposals, and Appeals.
  7. Go to File > Preview Export File Layout OR press Export Now to run.
  8. In the results, Event occurrences will be present.
  9. Using a date range and combinations of other settings produce similar mixed results.
