There are a couple of causes of a report card not showing up for a student that has recorded grades, and the following questions need to be asked:
 
  • Is report card access set up? You can check this by going to Academics > Grading > Report card setup > Report Card Builder (old)

    1. Filter for the appropriate Year, Level and Style, then click the View button
    2. Click Edit next to the report card
    3. Click the Access/Grades link beneath Report Card Details
    4. Click Edit Access/Grades link
    5. Verify (and potentially correct) your Access Date fields and Save if necessary. 
    6. For assessment report cards, check Access Dates for users on the general information section

    • Is the report card pulling the correct grade plan grade, or assessment grading period for assessment/hybrid report cards? Unique naming conventions help prevent this from causing confusion.
