We recently released the new Inquiry Form to everyone! If you are seeing this when you preview an Inquiry Form, it is because you have not migrated to the new Inquiry Form yet. The system is seeing your school as in a limbo between the bridged task and the new inquiry form. When you move to the new Inquiry Form, it updates your podium forms so you won't lose any forms you have already created. To migrate:
Go to > onBoard > Settings > Inquiry Forms
Click Migrate Inquiry Forms
Warning: This is a one way change, once you migrate, you cannot go back so make sure you are ready to do this before you click Confirm
