You can verify this by running a report and selecting the column for the "Waiver Accepted" field. You can do so with the following steps:
  1. Data Management > Reports.
  2. Select the Report Writer tab.
  3. Select Create a new report.
  4. From the drop down menu, select TeamRaiser and mark the radio button for Registrations.
  5. Under Step 2, Select Columns, be sure to mark the boxed for "Waiver Accepted".
  6. Under Step 5 Configure Filters, select Edit next to Event and filter by the event in question.
  7. Save the report configuration and run it.
