If you are the Primary Contact for your school, you can easily give other users at your school permission to contact Support.
To do this, submit a ticket with the user's name and email and we will add them as an authorized contact.
Note: Users can still contact Support if they are not authorized contacts, they will be helped with any questions as long as they have appropriate role, however we will not unlock accounts for an unauthorized contact.
