If they are on a page you can go to

  1. onMessage
  2. Website
  3. Select the Name of the Website they are listed on
  4. Pages and Menus
  5. Find the Page they are listed on
  6. Edit Page Content
  7. See what Category they are listed in

Then navigate to

  1. onMessage
  2. Content
  3. Downloads
  4. Select the Name of the Category they are in
  5. Delete or Expire the Download. (Delete completely removes the file from the system and Expire just makes it so it now longer shows up on the page)


If the Download is listed in a Pushpage 2010 you can go to the Pushpage Issue, Click Edit and see what Category they are listed in and then Navigate to:

  1. onMessage 
  2. Content 
  3. Downloads
  4. Select the Name of the Category they are in
  5. Delete or Expire the Download. (Delete completely removes the file from the system and Expire just makes it so it now longer shows up on the page)


If they are not listed in any of the places above then the last step is to go through each category one by one and select Future and/or Expired in each Category.

  1. Click the Pencil from each Download link
  2. Once you find the Download file name you are looking for you can delete or expire it from here
  3. To Delete click the Red X, to Expire input a expire date in the Download Link itself.
