To see the Access set to Content:
1.) Start from your onMessage persona.
2.) Navigate to Content > then select the content type (ex. News).
3.) Locate the category in which your News Story that is prompting users to log in is located.
4.) Click the grey gear/settings icon to the right of the category.
5.) In the Access section, if it is checked off to Secure - and specific roles are selected, this means only the users with those roles can view the content, and they must be logged in to do so.
6.) Select Public for all users to be able to access the content, even if they are not logged into your school's site.
7.) Click Save.
