1. As a Page Manager, go to onMessage.
  2. Hover over Website, and click the desired site name.
  3. Navigate to the page you want the inquiry form to be on.
  4. Click the Editing Wrench and select Edit Page Content.
  5. In the Content Types section, scroll down to Forms and click-n-drag the Inquiry content type onto your page.
  6. In the Please Select drop-down, select the Inquiry Form that should be on the page.
  7. Click Apply Changes.

You can also use an Embed Widget if you prefer. To find the Embed Code, see Where can I get the URL for my Inquiry Form? (This is the only way to add this to a Podium Site)

You can view the page by clicking View Page at the bottom of the screen to see the results.
