This issue is normally caused by the logged in Windows User Account not having the necessary permissions to create a new division.

To resolve this issue:
  1. Verify NTFS and Registry permissions following How to reset permissions and verify security settings on the FundWare server.
  2. If you are still experiencing this issue you may need to manually add the Windows User Account you are currently logged in as to the FundWare directory with Full NTFS permissions, as well as the Registry locations referred to in (50327).
