I'm setting up a new sub-administrator group, and I would like for that group to be able to view scheduled emails on the Email Calendar. What is the minimum permission level that the group needs to have in order to view the Email Calendar?
The lowest permission that grants the ability to see the Email Calendar tab is "Compose and Edit Email" for Email Management. To see scheduled emails and deliveries, the lowest permission is "Send but not edit Email". Scheduling deliveries is part of the functionality of the Email Calendar. This means that if an admin doesn't have permission to send an email in that security category, that email message will not be visible on their Calendar.
