To create a list of incoming students and their parents:
  1. Go to Lists > View All.
  2. Select the List Templates tab.
  3. Select Template Category > Constituent Information.
  4. Click View/Copy for the template titled Students with Parents (Flattened).
  5. In the Filters tab, change the Condition for User Role.Role to Incoming Student.
  6. Enter a Name for the list (required).
  7. Add the list to a category (optional).
  8. In the Display Fields tab, add or remove fields to display in the results using the Select Fields link in the bottom-left of the tab.
  9. Preview the list results.
  10. Save & Exit.
