The Household Revenue Dates smart field value is incorrect when ‘Latest Date’ is selected as the value to return.

CRM users may notice that the Household Revenue Dates smart field value does not reflect the date of the most recent transaction credited to the household or any of the household members.
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into CRM and navigate to the Administration functional area.
  2. Select Smart Fields.
  3. Create a new smart field of type ‘Household revenue dates’.
  4. Populate the Name and Description fields on the General tab.
  5. Select the Parameters tab.  Select ‘Latest date’ from the ‘Value to return’ drop-down menu.
  6. Enter the desired parameters.
  7. Save and then process the smart field.
  8. Navigate to the Constituent functional area.
