A participant reported that they received an achievement milestone autoresponder, but I see that their offline gift hasn't reached that milestone. Is there a way to see if maybe their initial offline donation was made to be a higher amount and later adjusted, or if a separate offline donation was made, but later deleted?
When offline donations are deleted, this will not show up in refund reports and there is no way to track it. If the offline donation amount was adjusted to be a lower amount, then unfortunately there is no way to determine the former amount. This will need to be clarified with the donor as far as what amount they plan on donating and the offline gift can be adjusted/deleted accordingly.
