1. Go into > Core > Users/Access > Profile > Edit User Profile Data
  2. Search for user by last name and click on user in search results
  3. Under Relationships, click Add
  4. Select the Relationship Type
    • If it is a Relationship like; Parent, Guardian, Aunt/Uncle, etc., you can choose to Give Parental Access or List as Parent for these Relationships. Just mark the appropriate box.
      • Give Parent Access: User is placed in Parent role and has full parental access to the system
      • List as Parent: Will be listed as a Parent in Reports and Lists only
  5. Click Next
  6. Select either Search for an Existing User (if user is already in the system) or Add a New User
  7. Click Next
  8. Depending on your selection:
    • Search for an Existing User:
      1. Search for User by Last Name
      2. Click on User
      3. Click Save & Exit
    • Add a New User
      1. Enter User information (all fields with '*' are required)
      2. Click Save & Exit
