Error: There is an error in XML document (1, 77428) - when running PhoneFinder updated phone report

A user may try to run the updated phone report after downloading a file for PhoneFinder.  The user may then recieve the error message: "There is an error in XML document (1, 77428)."  The user is not able to generate the report for review. 
We are still investigating this issue.

Please contact support and provide the solution ID if you need assistance.
 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log into CRM database
2. Click Administration > Tools > Data Tune Up > PhoneFinder > click the name of the phone finder process already sent to Blackbaud
3. After getting the file from Blackbaud, click View Report on step 2
This is where the error comes up.
