A user may try to run the updated phone report after downloading a file for PhoneFinder. The user may then recieve the error message: "There is an error in XML document (1, 77428)." The user is not able to generate the report for review.
1. Log into CRM database 2. Click Administration > Tools > Data Tune Up > PhoneFinder > click the name of the phone finder process already sent to Blackbaud 3. After getting the file from Blackbaud, click View Report on step 2 This is where the error comes up.
