How can an Admin complete an application for a Parent?

An Admissions Manager or Admissions Staff member can complete an application for a Parent when requested to do so.
There are two ways to do this:
  1. Impersonate the parent, fill out the form, and then request the parent to log in and electronically sign the document.
  2. Fill out form template on computer or paper one that is scanned into computer and then upload into Candidate's checklist.
