Error: Relationship phones cannot be marked as primary - when saving a relationship record

Some users experience the Error: Relationship phones cannot be marked as primary when saving a constituent or a new relationship for that constituent.  As a result, the constituent record cannot be saved.
In The Raiser's Edge 7.94 or higher:
  1. On the constituent record, select the Relationships tab.
  2. Open any individual or organization relationship.
  3. In the Phones grid, look for any phone, email, or other contact information that is marked Primary, and delete the row.
  4. Click Save and Close.
  5. Repeat steps 2 through 4 for any additional relationships.
**Note: If you are trying to link two constituent records as relationships, look on the relationship tabs of both constituents for the primary phone
