In order to enroll new students and include their future enrollment rows, we need to make sure the years are entered in the setup. 

We add years by going to the Core persona.

  1. Navigate to Settings > School Information > Years & Terms
  2. Click +Add
  3. Fill out the year label, the dates will default to the year after the previous entered year
  4. Save & Close, or choose Save & Add Another to enter another year.
Note: There needs to be enough years to finish out the candidate's potential enrollment at your school. (e.g. 12th grade, 2018-2019 school year)
