When I run a Hard Bounce report for an email send I see emails that do not have a constituent record. Where did these come from?
These email addresses are the result of an automatically forwarded email going to a hard bouncing address. Luminate Online will only send to an email address that has a constituent record, but if the recipient automatically forwards the email to another address and it bounces, Luminate Online will record that bounce in this report. It will not affect the email status of the constituent record.
