Smart Fields not running or terminating

You may notice when working in Smart Fields that certain smart fields are not processing and eventually time out with the error: Did not finish. Process terminated unexpectedly.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. 

Alternate Solution: 
You can attempt to create your smart field as a Constituent Revenue Application Amount or Constituent Revenue Application Dates smart field instead. 

Steps to Duplicate

We have noticed this happens with primarily the Constituent Revenue Amounts or Constituent Revenue Dates Smart Fields: 
  1. Go to Administration > Smart Fields
  2. Click Add to add a new smart field
  3. Select the type of Constituent Revenue Amounts
  4. Under Parameters, specify Largest payment amount as the Value to Return
  5. Process the smart field by clicking Start Process under Tasks.
  6. Note that the smart field continues to process for up to 14 hours after which it is terminated.
