CRM users may notice that the “Installments/Write-off Activity” tab of a pledge record is missing the installment schedule upon reviewing a pledge that was added through a batch commit process. This occurs when the pledge records are added to an Enhanced Revenue Batch through an import process.
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Import a pledge with multiple installments into an Enhanced Revenue Batch template. 2. Validate and commit the batch. 3. Open the pledge and view the Installments tab. 4. Note that the pledge is missing all of its installments.
