You can only have one transfer grade per term. If you want more transfer grades, you will need to add additional terms.

Please note: We do not recommend adding additional terms unless absolutely necessary. Extra terms could throw off your school year.

To add an additional term:
  1. Navigate to Core > Settings > School Information > Years & Terms
  2. Click +Add for Academic Terms
  3. Fill in the following information:
    • Term Name
    • Description
    • Sort Order
    • Begin Date
    • End Date
  4. Click Save & Close
