Record query results in duplicate rows when querying on specific terms of course requests

When using a Record query to query on student course requests in Student Billing, the query's Results show duplicate rows for course request terms.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

1. In Student Billing, go to query and create a New Record Query.
2. In the Criteria tab, select Record > Student > Course Requests.
3. Click on Academic Year and set the operator to Equals for a specific academic year.
4. Click on Term and set the operator to Equals for a specific term.
5. In the Output tab, add any additional pertinent information.
6. Click on Results and see rows of duplicates for each term.
