Unable to Give User Supervisor Rights in NetCommunity

When trying to grant and existing user in NetCommunity Supervisor Rights within Users & Security, the change will not stay selected after save.
At times, the data of the user may become in a static or stuck status. To resolve:
  1. Delete the user
  2. Restore or undelete the user
  3. Give the user supervisor rights within NetCommunity

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Login to NetCommunity as a Supervisor
  2. Select Users & Security - Users.
  3. Edit an existing user that is not currently a Supervisor and select the checkbox to grant them Supervisor Rights at the top of the page.
  4. Click save.
  5. Edit the same user and observe checkbox is no longer selected.
