There may be instances where a user has signed up for a fundraiser event and has a personal fundraiser page, but there are not any fundraiser transactions showing in the NetCommunity plugin in The Raiser's Edge.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Log in to The Raiser's Edge
Click the NetCommunity button
See that there are no pending transactions for sign up requests, profile updates, or fundraiser transactions
