Why is the Academic Performance not generating?

Note: As of July 9, 2018, Blackbaud’s School Management solutions (which include Core, onBoard, onCampus, onMessage, and onRecord) are utilizing a new top level navigation. This primarily affects users performing administrative tasks—constituent navigation for most parents, students, faculty, and alumni will remain the same.

The Academic Performance is not generating results for the current term.  This is due to the Grade Average not set up to pull the grades for Multi-Term and Single Term courses.
To correct the Grade Average to include the Grades needed, navigate to:
  1. onRecord > Settings > Grading > Grade Averages
  2. Click the editing Pencil for the GPA you need to work in
  3. Select the Grade Plans Tab
  4. Expand the Term(s), and click Edit for the correct school year and term
  5. Select the correct term Grade in the drop down for Multi Term Courses and Single Term courses
  6. Click Save & Close
