NL Post Date uses incorrect international date format when using Pivot Reports

When using Pivot Reports in 7.94 of The Raiser's Edge, the NL Post Date is incorrect (when using UK database) in some instances due to it forcing the US date format. It shows as mm/dd/yyyy instead of dd/mm/yyyy.
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

1) Create a gift query with the criteria of Specific Record = Mark Adamson
2) Output Gift ID, Gift Date and NL Post Date
3) Create a Pivot Report that outputs these fields
4) Look at (for example) Gift Aid 1614. Observe the NL Post Date
5) Open up Gift 1614 and go to the 'Miscellenous' tab, observe the NL Post Date. You will see that the Pivot Report has switched the formats around, despite regional settings being correct. Seems to occur for dates which don't go above 12 for the day as then it auto-corrects itself.

Environment

This occurs for hosted customers and local environments.
