Primary Phone type is overwritten in BBIS Profile update Batch

Primary Phone type is overwritten when selecting the option to Add the downloaded information as a new phone number for this Constituent in BBIS Profile update Batch.  
 
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. In CRM open Constituent record for Amir Aavani Lookup ID 301083287   
  2. Take note of his phone number and phone type
  3. Login here as Amir: https://chs-bbecweb01.blackbaud.com/40703_IS_40/login.aspx
    1. Username: 301083287
    2. Password: admin
  4. Select Update my profile
  5. Then select
  6. Edit: Personal
  7. Find the phone number section
  8. Change the type for the phone type to something different such as Home/Perm
  9. Select Update
  10. Then click Submit at the end of the page
  11. Login to CRM and go to Web Functional Area
  12. Select Manage Web transactions
  13. Download the profile update you just submitted
  14. Open the batch that gets created
  15.  highlight the row in the batch and select Review transaction details
  16. In the Review transaction details window that appear select Show Detail button on the right
  17. Enter a Start date for the phone number of today
  18. Then Check the button to add the downloaded information as a new phone number for this Constituent
  19. Click ok and ok again
  20. Save & close the batch
  21. Update the Status on the batch to Ready for Review
  22. Commit the batch
  23. open Constituent record for Amir Aavani Lookup ID 301083287 and the phone number has been added as new phone number with type Home but the primary phone number’s type has also been changed to Home
