In the Registrar's office, awarded credits can be manually edited in grades and by entering grades by student. For example, a student who attended half a semester for a year long course needs to be awarded half credit.
1. In Grades> Select Enter Grades By Student 2. Open the Appropriate Student Record 3. Change the Show Menu to All Columns 4. Locate the Awarded Credit Column for the Marking Column designated to award credit. 5. Edit the Awarded Credit. 6. Save and Close.
