When copying and pasting notes from Word or other sources into CRM sometimes appear as double spaced. Users can sometimes adjust the lines to remove the spaces. Typing notes manually and using the enter key always results in double spaces
Before pasting data from Word into CRM, paste the data into Notepad or another text editor to remove any HTML, then paste the data from the text editor into CRM.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Open any Constituent 2. Select the Documentation and Interactions tab 3. Choose the Constituent Documentation and click Add note 4. Type a line of text, hit return 5. Type another line of text and notice that a space (paragraph break) is inserted. These additional spaces can be manually removed by using a combination of using the delete key then Shift+Enter to make a line break instead of paragraph break
