Application field clears out in batch after changing constituent

After creating a batch under Web > Manage Web Transactions using the Batch Assignment Settings for "BBIS Donation Transactions," the created batch will contain records for constituents that have made donations.

After we open the Enhanced Revenue Batch (ERB) that was created we can edit the information in the batch before committing it.

In this case, the Application field (Donation) is cleared out if the rows selected Constituent is changed. After the Application field has cleared, it will cause the Designation to clear as well if Validating the batch is attempted.
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Create an uncommitted Enhanced Revenue Batch (ERB) in CRM by running the Batch Assignment Settings process for "BBIS Donation Transactions" option in the Web > Manage Web Transactions area
  2. Open the ERB that has been created by the above process
    • Note that the Application field(s) and Designation field(s) are filled out
  3. Select the Constituent field and change the selected constituent
    • After changing the constituent, note that the Application field for the edited row is now blank
  4. Validate the batch
    • After validating the batch, note that the Designation field for the edited row is now blank
