Degree information does not display on the details pane of the Education tab of a constituent reocrd

When adding an Educational institution, there is an option to mark the institution as "affiliated with our organization."  If this option is not checked, and the institution therefore not affiliated, the degree information does not display on the details pane of the institution on the Education tab of a constituent record.
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to the Administration functional area
  2. Select Educational catalog
  3. Locate an Educational Institution that is not marked as Affiliated (or create one and don’t check the box that says This institution is affiliated with our organization
  4. On the Academic Code Tables tab, check that there are Degrees, or add one
  5. Go to any constituent record
  6. Go to the Education tab
  7. Select add
  8. On the resultant form:
    1. Educational institution = the non-affiliated institution from above
    2. Status = any
    3. Degree = any
    4. Save
  9. Observe that the Institution is not populated with the status and degree
  10. Click the arrow to expand the institution to display the details pane
  11. Observe the Degree is blank
