Linking gift to proposal does not update total received

When Gifts and Proposals are linked, the Amount funded from gifts on the Proposal does not update.  This happens from multiple user accounts including Supervisor.  Originally, it was only when the two were first linked using a particular non-Supervisor user account, but it now happens when Supervisor or other user accounts first link the Gift and Proposal.  Recreating the Gifts or the Proposal and re-linking does not resolve the issue.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Open a constituent record
2. Click on Proposal tab
3. Open an existing proposal
4. Click Link to Gift
5. Click New Linked Gift
6. Open a Gift record
7. Apply full amount to the Proposal
8. Click OK
9. Click Recalculate
10. Click Close

Next to the View Gifts box with the red check mark, see that no amount is listed next to Amount funded from gifts:.
