When any Constituent Revenue Application Smart Field is created and run, results are generated, but the Smart Field does not appear on the Smart Fields tab on any constituent record.

When creating and running a constituent revenue application smart field,  the results are not displayed on the tab of a qualifying constituent record.
The constituent revenue application smart field has a data type of Record.  This smart field points to a revenue application record and not a specific value.  This specific smart field will not show on a constituent record but we do have the ability to query on it.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to the Administration functional area
  2. Select Smart fields under Data
  3. Select Add
  4. Choose any Constituent revenue application smart field
  5. Any parameters are fine, but no selection is used
  6. No sites are set on the Parameters tab and no Site filtering is used
  7. Save
  8. Start process
  9. When process completes, observe that there are records successfully processed
  10. Go to any qualifying constituent record (qualification can be verified via query) and observe the newly created Smart Field does not appear on the Smart Field data list
  11. Clearing results and re-running produces the same results
