The fundraiser part in NetCommunity has a built in classic event form part. When a different person pays for registering than the name of the person that is attending the event, the event record will show both names listed as participants. The person that payed to register, will be listed as Do Not Register. The person that is attending the event will be listed as a guest of the person that payed to register, and listed as Registered. The participant attributes will also show on the attributes tab of the guest record.

For Example:

Note in the image above, that Fundraiser Test, the person attending the event, is shown as a guest of Paying Fundraiser, the person that paid for the registration. Also note that the attributes tab indicates that the attributes are listed on this guest record for Fundraiser Test. There will not be any attributes on the record of the person that paid.
