Online sales are typically not shown for particular users, since they were done online by no Altru user.  However, if an online sale is unresolved and the unresolved online sales order is completed by a user, it shows on the Total Revenue and Payments Report when filtered on that user.  However, the method column is blank.  Run the report for all users for the method column to display the correct payment method.
  1. Change the User filter to All users, rather than a certain user.
  2. Click View Report.
