Incorrect text displayed when hovering the mouse over the graph in a Total Revenue Record Money in Selection KPI

When creating a Total Revenue Record Money in Selection KPI, there are fields to enter an Overall goal, a Good target, and a Satisfactory target.  When this information is added, a bar graph is generated to visually display the information.  When hovering the mouse over the graph, a text message is displayed.  If all three of those values are the same, the displayed text message in incorrect, indicating higher values are bad and lower values are good.
