Packages are used to drive content to different recipients. Users may unable to select packages with the email package search when creating invitations for Events.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Go to Marketing and Communications > Packages > Add a new email package. 2. Enter a name 3. Under ‘Primary content’ > Message = Click on search button to add a message 4. Select the message 5. Add another new email package 6. Enter a name 7. Under ‘Primary content’ > Message = LEAVE IT BLANK 8. Export definition = Click on search button an export definitions 9. Open the event 10. Go to the Invitations tab > and click Add to add a new invite 11. Enter a name on the General tab 12. On the Processing Options tab > choose to send through email only (or leave default option selected) 13. Click the search in the Email package field > and then click the Search button to see all the results > Note that package is not available to select, but LG is available 14. NOTE: If you follow the same steps in version 3.0 you will have the package as an option to select
