"Click the 'Create a new phone number' or 'Create a new email' link at the bottom of the Inactive column, fill in all required information and click 'Add Entry' button to add the new Emergency Contact. Click Save when all entries are complete."

To add or edit text for the Emergency Contact Intro, follow these steps:
- Go to Core
- Users> Select User Profile Settings
- Select Emergency Contact Settings
- Add or edit text into the Emergency Contact Intro description box.
- Select Save & Exit.
