Attendance Dashboard tracks the number of activities and the amount of absences a student has..
  1. Go to onRecord > People Finder > select a student
  2. Select the Attendance tab
  3. The Total Activities represents the number of times the teacher clicked the Take Attendance button and saved the data. If the Attendance Manager Recorded Attendance, this Total would NOT update.
  4. Absences are recorded as Total Unexcused or Total Excused

To set up an Activity to record attendance 
  1. Go to onCampus > Procedures > Activity
  2. Select Edit across from the activity
  3. Mark the Record Attendance Box
  4. Select Save
