Error: General ODBC Error: Subquery returned more than one value when running family directory or report cards

Users may receive the following error when running a Family Directory report or report cards:

Error: General ODBC Error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Subquery returned more than 1 value.
This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <= , >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression.
Native error:512 [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]
The statement has been terminated.
Native Error:3621
This error can be caused by duplicate relationships on records, to resolve this error:
Remove the duplicate relationships from the student record.

If this does not resolve the issue, contact support with this article number.
 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Mail > Forms > Report Cards > Open a current parameter or create a new report card parameter   

2. Enter basic information to pull from any marking column

3. On the Address tab, choose to use address from the Relationship and mark to Combine for each spouse pair

4. Choose to preview or print
