1. Navigate to Lists > Manage Lists
  2. Click the Manage basic and advanced lists block under List Actions
  3. Click List Templates
  4. Change the Template Category drop down to Constituent Information
  5. Click View/Copy next to the Registered Students list
  6. Click the Select Objects tab
  7. Expand Advisory Group and add Advisory Enrollment, then Advisory Group, Advisory Term in the pop up Select Advisory Group.Term ID click Select, and Advisory Base
  8. Add Advisory Faculty and when the pop-up appears select Advisory Group.Group ID = Advisory Faculty.Group ID, click Select

  1. Expand Constituent Information and select User Base.
  2. When the pop-up appears select Advisory Faculty.Faculty User ID = User Base.User ID

  1. In the Display Fields tab click Select Fields on the lower-left
  2. Expand User Base.> select First Name, and Last Name, and grad year
  3. Expand Advisory Base and select Advisory Title
  4. Expand User Base, Advisory Enrollment, Advisory Group, Advisory Faculty, User Base [1] select First Name and Last Name.
  5. Select Enable grouping options in the top-left of the Display Fields tab
  6. Select the Filters tab
  7. Under Global Filters, click the User-added image to add a new row
  8. Under Fields, in the dropdown select User Advisory Term.School Year is any of xxxx-xxxx
  9. Select Preview
  10. Click Save or Save & Exit
